| Field Care of Trophy |
|
| Preparation is very dependant on the temperature. The warmer it is the quicker and more you must do to protect your trophy. Complete skinning and salting might be needed in the field if the weather is hot. Avoid direct sunlight and any heat. |

| BIG GAME: |
| Cut around the body behind the front leg. Cut around the legs above the knee and split up the armpit to the around the body cut. Turn the skin inside out as you roll toward the head. Continue down the head to the eyes, careful not to cut off the eyelids. Down around the lips and nose cutting as close to the bone as possible. | BIRDS: |
| Keep in cool place, wrap in paper or cloth and freeze in a plastic bag ASAP. Take care not to ruffle or break feathers. DO NOT attempt to clean or skin.Freeze or bring into HEADS UP ASAP. |

| FISH: |
| Keep alive as long as possible on stringer. Freeze by wrapping in wet towel and putting into plastic bag. DO NOT freeze more than one fish per bag, clean or skin. Bring to HEADS UP ASAP. |
